100% guarantee that she was annoyed they obstructed traffic to race, and wanted the police to nab them. She put herself in a dangerous situation doing that. 911 dispatcher even told her... only follow if you can SAFELY do so. Not that I’m advocating street racing, but wow. The full 911 call below is rather amusing.
